Erythros operates a multiservice helpdesk premises to satisfy the needs of those, immigrants and non, who are in situations of particular difficulty. In three years of activity, over 8000 individuals have used the service for various reasons.

Helpdesk services fall within the following four categories:

• Legal;
• Employment;
• Shelter and Orientation;
• Social Secretary.

Neighborhoods or streets with a “multiethnic” character are often those positioned in areas of greatest transit, such as, the areas around railway stations.

Since 2001, the Erythros Association has been located in Via Volturno 25-27 in the heart of the Esquilino neighborhood, a short walk away from Termini Station (Rome’s central train station).

This location has made our office a key point of reference, not only by immigrants but also by the homeless and the otherwise socially disadvantaged. To this effect, our offices are host 30 to 40 visitors per day who receive assistance free of charge.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Thursday, 3-7pm.
