Among the main causes that feed and perpetuate the social and psychological problems of the marginalized is the lack of employment opportunities and projects for reinsertion into the labor market for “disadvantaged groups.” To overcome these problems, The Erythros Association has assisted the establishment of social cooperatives for labor insertion.

1. 1995, creation of the Social Coop. Chebesà (coop di produzione lavoro);
2. 2001, creation of the Erythros Services Coop Erythros (coop di produzione lavoro);
3. 2002, creation of the Social House Coop;
4. 2002,creation of the Iriss 2002 Coop. (cooperative of nurses and home caregivers);
5. 2003, creation of the Dionisio Coop. (catering, restaurant and home remodeling services).
